The Holiday Baking Championship is an American cooking competition series produced by Triage Entertainment and aired on Food Network. Episode 1 Host Jesse Palmer kicks off the competition for 12 bakers with the kind of dessert people are embracing at home -- holiday decorated quick bread wreaths. Then, to spice things up, Jesse reveals the rankings of every challenge will appear on the new naughty or nice list. If a baker is naughty, there's no hiding it! In the main heat, the competitors must make a winter hat cake to charm judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall. Episode 2 Host Jesse Palmer asks the 10 bakers to highlight a nut or seed in a holiday dessert. Then, the competitors spin a wheel to determine which fundamental holiday ingredient -- holiday spice, dried fruit or holiday spirits -- they must add to unseasonable desserts, like icebox cakes or fruit tarts. Judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall make the call on which bakers pull it off. Episode 3 Host Jesse Palmer loves both cookies and pies, so he asks the nine bakers to make holiday cookie-topped mini pies. Then, Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall judge the pie pandemonium as the competitors celebrate fall with flavor combos such as pumpkin-cider and chestnut-chocolate in double crust, cream pies, slab pies, lattice pies and custard pies. Episode 4 Host Jesse Palmer challenges the eight remaining bakers to turn breakfast items, like French toast, into amazing Thanksgiving breakfast desserts. Then, the competitors take common Friendsgiving potluck dishes, such as glazed carrots, and use them in a dessert to impress judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall. Plus, since Friendsgiving is all about community, they're doing it in teams.
Molly Yeh brings her passion for baking as host of Spring Baking Championship, as she challenges the best bakers in America to create and elevate springtime desserts through 10 episodes that must win over judges Kardea Brown, Nancy Fuller, and Duff Goldman, to become Spring Baking Champion and start spring off right.

"First, I want to say congratulations and thank you to all the wonderful people responsible, past and present, on the 50th season of "The Price is Right," said Bob Barker, former legendary host of THE PRICE IS RIGHT. "The show has the most enthusiastic and fun audience that one could ever ask for. They truly were and are the heart and soul of the show. I had the pleasure of working with a dedicated and talented cast and crew for 35 great years. Particularly close to my heart was the ability our vast popularity gave me to remind our entire audience daily about the importance of spaying and neutering your pets. It was an incredibly memorable ride! Once again, congratulations to "The Price is Right" on 50 historic years!! Here's to 50 more!!" THE PRICE IS RIGHT premiered Sept. 4, 1972 with famed host Bob Barker. Since then, there have been 108 pricing games played over the course of the show's history, and the daytime premiere week will honor the lasting legacy with two new games, including a special limited-edition game that will only be played throughout the 50th season, complete with a retro '70s look, "Back to '72." In the game, contestants' pricing skills will be tested on actual items that appeared on the show during the early years of its run on CBS. Drew Carey was named the host of the show in July of 2007. "Hosting 'The Price Is Right' has been a dream job for me," said Drew Carey, current host of THE PRICE IS RIGHT. "And I can't even call it a job with a straight face because I get such joy out of it. Imagine spending every workday surrounded by happy, positive strangers. It's been amazing. I really never thought my safe space would be on a sound stage, wearing a mic, cameras on me constantly, and with millions of people watching. But that's what 'The Price Is Right' is for me. I love it." THE PRICE IS RIGHT fun facts: Since 1972, over $300,000,000 in cash and prizes has been given away. THE PRICE IS RIGHT has given away more than 8,400 cars. More than 2,000,000 audience members have been to the Bob Barker studio at Television City in Los Angeles to see a taping in person. Over 68,000 contestants have been told to "come on down!" The first pricing game to ever be played was "Any Number." It offered a Chevrolet Vega worth $2,746, which became the first car ever given away on the show. The big wheel has been spun more than 63,000 times. Number of kids who have stayed home from school to watch the show: too many to count!
The show features a competition in which contestants solve word puzzles, similar to those used in Hangman, to win cash and prizes determined by spinning a giant carnival wheel. The core game is based on Hangman. Each round has a category and a blank word puzzle, with each blank representing a letter in the answer, and punctuation revealed as needed. Most puzzles are straightforward figures of speech that fit within a mostly static list of categories, and this list has evolved over the course of the series. Crossword puzzles were added to the rotation in 2016. In such rounds, a clue bonding the words in the puzzle is given instead of a traditional category. Contestants win by solving all the words in the crossword by saying them in any order, but contestants may not repeat or add any word (such as "and") while solving the crossword. The titular Wheel of Fortune is a roulette-style wheel mechanism with 24 spaces, most of which are labeled with dollar amounts ranging from $500 to $900, plus a top dollar value: $2,500 in round 1, $3,500 in rounds 2 and 3, and $5,000 for round 4 and any subsequent rounds. The wheel also features two Bankrupt wedges and one Lose a Turn, both of which forfeit the contestant's turn, with the former also eliminating any cash or prizes the contestant has accumulated within the round. Each game features three contestants, or occasionally, three two-contestant teams positioned behind a single scoreboard with its own flipper. The left scoreboard from the viewer's perspective is colored red, the center yellow, and the right blue, with the contestants' positions determined by a random selection prior to taping. Hosted by Pat Sajak, this game show features 3 contestants who try to solve a puzzle by spinning the wheel and guessing letters in a word or phrase.
