Follows Theresa Caputo, a normal mom from New York who balances a full family life with her ability to communicate with the dead. Each episode will show how this gift impacts her life and the lives of those around her.
Theresa Caputo lives in the real world, but she spends most of her time in the spirit world. Caputo is an average mum from Long Island, New York, in every way except one: she talks to the dead. This series chronicles the work Theresa does each day as she helps her varied clients find closure and connect with loved ones who have passed. She conducts both private and group readings and deals with sceptics as well as believers. At home, husband Larry and kids Victoria and Larry accept the work she does, although they don't always love it. In the Caputo house, dad and kids think the spirits always come first, but for Theresa there is no escaping her gift.
In the 20 years that have passed since the world changed forever on September 11, 2001, the friends and families of the nearly 3,000 victims have sought understanding and closure. In the new special LONG ISLAND MEDIUM: IN MEMORY OF 9/11, Theresa Caputo visits the sites of the horrific attacks and meets with families of the departed to deliver messages of healing and heroism from the spirits of their loved ones. The special premieres on September 9 at 10:00pm ET/PT and will stream concurrently on discovery+, the definitive non-fiction, real life subscription streaming service.
In LONG ISLAND MEDIUM: IN MEMORY OF 9/11, Theresa will use her gift to bring peace to those most personally impacted by the attacks by meeting with them in the shadow of the World Trade Center, steps from the Pentagon, and at the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Some of the people for whom Theresa will give readings to include:
· The daughter of a flight attendant who let the world know there were terrorists aboard her flight
· The sister of the captain of NYC's Ladder 3, who also lost a second brother to 9/11-related illness years later
· The daughter of the "Dust Lady" who was the subject of a much-circulated photo from the day of the attacks
· A woman who lost her dad because he was chaperoning a student on the flight that crashed into the Pentagon
· Two daughters of a woman killed while working for the military inside of the Pentagon
· The families of some of the passengers who were lost in Flight 93

The "Botched" doctors are back and ready to rock on as they handle their most unsettling cases yet!
World-renowned Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow bring their unparalleled surgical skills and hilarious banter back to the O.R. for another season of mind-blowing patient transformations. From heartbreaking to jaw-dropping, the doctors once again take on life-changing surgeries with patients who have not only been "botched" by bad plastic surgery, but have experienced harrowing physical trauma from inexplicable genetic defects and nightmare-inducing accidents. Featuring themed episodes like "I Got Dumped Because of My Plastic Surgery," "I Should Have Done My Homework," and "Surgical Secrets Revealed," this season pushes the doctors to pursue innovative new treatments as they grapple with some of the most complicated cases of their careers.
Some of the patients this season include:
· A woman that grew an extra set of softball-sized breasts in her armpits that lactate when she breastfeeds.
· A trip to the ER following a near fatal accident left a patient with a life altering, "shark-bite" sized hole on his abdomen.
· A man who believes his nose was deformed by his mother's IUD while he was in the womb, creating debilitating breathing and self-esteem issues.
· A woman with the BRCA gene had a mess of a mastectomy and fears her doctor may have left breast tissue behind, still leaving her at risk of developing breast cancer.
"Botched" is an Evolution Media production with Douglas Ross, Alex Baskin, Tina Gazzerro Clapp, Matt Westmore, and Sarah Kane serving as Executive Producers, along with Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif.
