About The Great American Baking Show
The first two seasons were hosted by Nia Vardalos and Ian Gomez, with Mary Berry from the original GBBO series and American pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini as judges. The third season was hosted by cookbook author Ayesha Curry and former football player Anthony Adams. Iuzzini returned as judge and was joined by original GBBO judge Paul Hollywood. The season was pulled off schedule following sexual harassment allegations against judge Iuzzini, who was officially fired from the show and ABC.

The family-favorite dessert competition series returns for a new season as Valerie Bertinelli and Duff Goldman welcome a dozen of the youngest bakers ever to the Kids Baking Championship. The ten-week competition will test the kid contestants, ages 8-11, in difficult themed challenges. From kitchen sink sweets, to cream puffs, and to dessert imposters, they must showcase their impressive baking skills and techniques. Throughout the season the bakers show off their abilities and creativity as they whip up irresistible sweets, from cosmic pull apart cupcakes, to zebra cakes, and kitchen sink desserts full of salty and sweet snacks.

The series features four professional teams of two competing in a baking competition for a prize of $10,000. Teams of two bakers compete in three rounds. The first round is cupcakes, round two is confections, and round 3 is cake. The third season, dubbed Sugar Rush: Extra Sweet, is the series' first spin-off season, where if a team wins either a cupcake or confection challenge, they can choose either additional 15-minute time in the final cake challenge or $1,500 prize.
