The season picks up immediately after a cliffhanger with Gabby's mom, Dina, on the verge of learning Gabby's secret, which the intrepid teen will have to stop in order to avoid catastrophic outcomes. The Bennett-Blatt family does not have much in common with each other as they go through their every day lives in Akron, Ohio. When a foghorn is heard, the actors break character to have the live-studio audience decide what happens next. From there, the live-studio audience gets to vote on what happens to the family and is presented with three choices during certain scenes. If there is a tie between two of the choices, both of those choices will take place. Filmed before a studio audience, "Just Roll With It" blends improvisational comedy with a scripted family sitcom that allows the studio audience the opportunity to select the direction of key scenes. This unique series follows the newly blended Bennett-Blatt family-preteen stepsiblings Blair and Owen and their fun-loving parents Rachel and Byron-as they navigate everyday family life and the ups and downs of adolescence while balancing a household of contrasting personalities. Blair, often a rebel without a cause, is the polar opposite of her very regimented but loving mom Rachel, who is a decorated military veteran and station manager for BEATZ 101. Owen, a model student who thrives when following rules and detailed schedules, tries to manage his creative and charismatic father Byron, an on-air radio personality on BEATZ 101. Through it all, the Bennett-Blatts, and the actors who play them, take whatever life-and the studio audience-throws at them - and they "Just Roll With It.

Following the original premise of sister show The Young and the Restless (Y&R) with the wealthy Brooks and the working-class Foster families, B&B also introduced the middle-class Logan family as a source of conflict with the Forresters. Like the Fosters of Y&R, the Logans were also initially headed by a single mother. The rivalry between Forrester matriarch Stephanie Forrester and the Logan's eldest daughter Brooke Logan plays a key role in the drama of B&B, like the Katherine Chancellor–Jill Abbott rivalry in Y&R. Another enduring B&B storyline is the star-crossed of Brooke and the Forresters' eldest son Ridge. The back story was that Stephanie Douglas, the strong-willed daughter of wealthy Chicago businessman John Douglas, met her husband-to-be Eric Forrester, who aspired to become a fashion designer, while they both studied at Northwestern University in 1959. The young lovers hurried to get married after Stephanie became pregnant, forcing Eric to break up with his college sweetheart Elizabeth "Beth" Henderson in the process. Eric and Stephanie then moved to Los Angeles where they established Forrester Creations, designing and producing upscale men's and women's fashion, based on a combination of a loan from Stephanie's father, Eric's designing talent and Stephanie's business acumen and connections. While winning international recognition, fame, and wealth with their work, the couple managed to raise four children: elder and favorite son Ridge Forrester, brother Thorne Forrester and younger sisters Kristen Forrester and Felicia. Meanwhile, Beth married their classmate Stephen Logan on the rebound, raising their own family in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. The Logans had four children of their own: eldest son Stephen "Storm" Jr., and daughters Brooke, Donna and Katie. Unable to achieve success like Eric, Stephen walked out on the family, leaving Beth as a single working-class mother.

Surreal and bizarre short films, based around a chosen theme. Off the Air is an American anthology television series created by Dave Hughes for Adult Swim. The series is presented without explanation or narration as a showcase of surreal footage arranged around a single loose theme (expressed in the episode title) and blended without pause into a single continuous presentation. The series premiered Adult Swim on January 1, 2011, 4:00 am New Year's Day. Hughes is a former employee of MTV Animation who first pitched it to Mike Lazzo at Adult Swim after producing a video mixtape for the network's 2010 Carnival Tour event. As a result of its 4 a.m. graveyard slot and small selection of episodes, the series remains relatively unknown on the network, but has been received positively and dubbed a cult phenomenon by critics and Adult Swim itself. The series has aired 36 episodes and 3 specials over the course of 10 seasons, including two episodes, "Technology" (by Wham City) and "Paradise" (by Ghosting.tv), that Adult Swim announced on October 13, 2017, would air in late 2017. On December 31, 2019, Dave Hughes tweeted that the episode "Patterns" was the "last [one] for now", indicating that the series has been put on hiatus until further notice. On June 9, 2020, the show came back with season 10.
